Old vs New

I've found out that my Cornell oven suddenly malfunction when I already shoved in my ikan cencaru sumbat belakang for our dinner on last few weeks ago. How frustrated I am because this oven is one of my favorite helper in the kitchen. Arrggghhh!!!! tension btol.

I've made up my mind to go for another oven since the price to fix it will cost me around RM100. Asked Mr Shadow through the phone to get his opinion and he said that, I'd better buy a new one to replace this one.
After we went to Tabung Haji exclude Mr Shadow, I bought this one at RM400++. I hope, with it's brand itself, it will perform better, more robust and long lasting compared to the previous one.
Then, until yesterday when I've explained to Mr Shadow what's went wrong with my previous oven, he tried to do something. And it's work properly!. Now please tell me, what should I do with that oven?.

Zuyyin Birthday Bash

Thank you Ana for the invitation. We'd really enjoyed the moment though we missed the cutting cake session. What to do, Little boss tido, if kejut nanti, tak pasal2 ngamuk. Same like last year, Zuyyin had a birthday bash for the second time. Timing was a different. This time around, the party was held around 3pm and onwards (Tea Time theme) while last year was held during lunch hour.

I like the bihun sup very much and the birthday cake as well. I know, Secret Recipe won't let you down!. I was happy for Hannah on that day because she'd really enjoyed to meet Zuyyin for their 2nd time after back from Langkawi. They both just know how to communicate each other. Well, they speak the same language. Oh dear, I was remembered my childhood when looking at both of you.

Girls, both of your mothers was being a good friends ever since they was 6yrs old. Our relationship was never off until now. I am not insist both of you to be a BFF for each other but just remember my words here.... " semua umat islam adalah bersaudara" . So, keep it in your mind ok?. You will find a lot of people outside. But, truth friend are hard to find.

Dear Zuyyin,

Happy birthday again!. Obviously, you look pretty on your spacious day. Trust me, you will be an apple to your parent's eyes . Do not let them down. Your life is far too long to go and there will be ups and downs during the journey. Be strong and never turn back though you fell-off somewhere. Stand-up and go ahead. Ok?

Believe it or not!!!!

This story was happened on last Sunday. I went to the massage session at one SPA at Bandar Puteri, Puchong. Previously, they had different staffs and their staffs are quite few and more professional compared to now.

I 've a bad guts ever since I’ve done my RF here. Firstly, the way of their staffs treated me. Seriously, they have a big mouth. Too much talking during my session which obviously, I can’t relaxed and enjoyed the treatment. Another thing is, they didn’t respect my privacy. Let me explain this, while I’ve a session in the room with staff A ( I guess her age is around mid 30th) and suddenly, staff B , in mid 50th of age came into my room and she wants to have a chit chat with me. Fine, I’m totally ok with that..until, staff B that Mak cik, started to ask me regarding my healthy and general questions about myself which I think, that was her strategy to get more information about myself. She asked me, from where’s my place, my office, my hometown, my jobs, how many kids that I have, how was I delivered my daughter, who is taking care my daughter, until how many siblings that I have and bla..bla..bla…… Honestly, I am very polite person therefore I answered all her questions without fail!. (Huh!..I’m really regret now)

The Incident was happened when staff A gave me a massage particular at my legs and suddenly she said… Awwww….rase mcm ader jarum la kat tapak tgn akak” and that Mak Cik, which already been there from the beginning of the session staring at her. Later, she’d tried again..and she keep saying that, she’s felt a sensational burned on her palm and she add… "macam ader pasir”.

Being me, I was just smiled and pretend to act normal like nothing was happened. See?.. kakak tuh mulut mmg celupar mcm tader insurans!. Her voice is an irritating buzzing noise in my ear- one I desperately want to swat away. You know what? I’ve a skin problem ever since I was a kid and according to my specialist, I’ve an eczema and all my siblings have that!. But the seriousness was diff from others. Why don’t you go back and google it. If you don’t have an internet at your place , please go to any cybercafe nearby at your house. If you still don't get it , you better join my father IT class at my hometown.

So, without being asking, that Mak Cik was came and touched my both legs with her eyes closed. Less than 3min, as she opened her eyes, she said…‘ko ni ader saka’….baik ko buang cepat’ ….’saka ko nih dari sebelah datuk/moyang bapak ko’

WHAT?…I was really freaked out . How on earth she know that?. Then, I asked..’macam mana mak cik tau?’ then, the staff A answered…“jgn tanya la macam mana die tau”….(hellooo..I didn’t ask you, so pls shut your big mouth!)

When I asked that Mak Cik what should I do, then again, she put her both hands on myl egs same as before and closed her eyes. Finally, she said… "die nak ayam hitam” (WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?). Fine, I’m aware that, Jin, syaitan are exist!. But, I know, something is wrong here. Looking at my shocking face, she was tried to calm me down by saying…"takper, susah nak dpt tuh, kejap…” she repeated her step again and after that, while closing her eyes…she mentioned this to me .. ” bawak 4/5 jenis limau, mandi 3 kali berturut2..bayaran sebanyak RM66 and mandi bunga yg terakhir, RM77++…

Another things that she mentioned was ..I have to bring a pray mat and kain batik nak ‘buang’ that thing. HAH?. ….She told me so many things that I hate and I don’t want to hear. Like, “nanti bende tuh kaco ko laki bini..nak porak peranda kan rumahtangga ko” (dlm hati ckp….tu sumer kuasa ALLAH, nothing can bit his power) Although I’m not a religious person, but I’m really put everything in ALLAH’s hand apart than, we work for it and say your pray hard. I just don’t want to dwell all these things with them bcoz I know, that will be only wasting my time. At first, I was really2 frightened. Once, I got inside the car, I was made a phone called to Ayom..(my sister) told the story from A to Z and as a result, she was really freaked out. Hehehehe…but that only temporary…on that night…I feel like nothing was happened and life goes on as usual.

The main thing that I was still thinking rite until now, do the owner of the SPA aware about this?. That Makcik once told me that, ‘kalau nak dtg berubat telepon la dulu, tapi jgn telepon sini, telepon hp makcik’. Owh, not only that, they also make their own business, like selling ubat tradisional and yes!..they asked me to keep my mouth shut!. Before, I left the SPA at the counter…I managed to asked her this qustions :

Me : Ramai ker yang ader saka dtg kat sini?

Mak Cik : Hphhhh!!!! ramaaaaaaaaiiiiii..macam2 ader, Langsuir, Pelesit, Pontianak…

Me : yang saya punye nih ape?

Mak Cik : Hantu Ghayeee!!!!

Me : ( Gulp ). Ok, takper la, balik dulu…(bagi salam and chiow).

ps : Dear Ufs (Useless staffs)Mak Cik and Kakak, please do not use the SPA as like your own business office. Making such of ridiculous things like that will only make yourselves in trouble. We do have a religion and ALLAH as a God. Why must you use a term like ‘hantu’/ ‘ayam hitam’ while you can asked me to recite particular surah in the Holy Al-Quran Instead. I swear, I’ll never go to your SPA anymore , unless..both of you are fired!!!!!!!!

Our planned

Our daughter will turn to 2 yrs old in next month. Hence, I'm now already in the preparing stage ( thinking, planning and dreaming are including as the process to make it happen).

For her 2nd birthday, we're not sure whether to have another family portrait like we did last year or not. Have to ask my husband 1st. Harus kena pk tema ape pulak kan tahun nih? Haihh..How fortunate kids nowadays, having a parents that try their best to cherish each of their precious time ever since they was born to the world.
On the next month as well, I'll be leaving my daughter with her daddy and her maid since I need to be a away for 14 days. Let's see how capable I handle this. The longest time that Hannah was being left was about 5 days ( that one while she was 3 months yrs old ) and the latest one when I was away for team building, but that only 3 days 2 night.

This time , I think I was fortunate for having a friend which we're in the same boat. Hahahaha..Me will be accompanied by Mrs Tini my colleagues which has 2 kids, both are heroes. The oldest was 3 yrs old and his brother is almost 6 months I guess . So, definitely, there will be a feeling-sharing
-session like we did a 6 yrs ago during our thesis time. Memang best bergossip.
I hope that, everything will be fine and smooth for us , except for missing thingy (can't help for this).

Weekend ooohhh weekend!!

A wife to husband's cousin gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Jan, 6 2010 at HKL. A week before, I've being told by MIL that, the mommy got a breech baby and she's used a traditional massage done in her hometown to turn the baby to the normal position. But yet, after a week later, when she went for the check up, the baby was in a breech position again and because of that, the baby had to deliver via the cesarean section. And as for me, I have no idea and experienced how to make a comparison of this two things.

Since I will be having a guests at that night (2 couples) and being me, I opt to cook for the guests. so, I've prepared all dish (half-way-cooked) in the a.m and we went to my SIL's place at Kepong right after we've lunch at home. Then, we straight off to their place at Tmn Greenwood, Gombak. After spent 2/3 hours, I was reached home around 6pm and finished all the half-way-cooked thing. By 8.00pm, all are served. Soto Ayam and Bergedil Daging. Yummmy!

On the Sunday morning, here I am, Sitting on the couch watching telly and suddenly I was thinking to watch a movie and it's AVATAR. Within 15min, I was in front of the GSC IOI Mall and to my surprised it still closed!. Sigh. To waste my time, I went to MACY home furnishing which just 1 level upper from the GSC floor and, alas, they 're also closed. So, I went back to GSC and it's still same... Next, went to POPULAR book shop for 10min and after that, I went back to the MACY and yes!!!! they're ready for the business.

To make things feel better to shop here, I was told myself that we're in the stage of decorating our house. So, it's ok if I buy anything worth for our house though I know, MACY's stuffs are quite pricey. Oh, did I told you that they have a CNY sale up to 70% less?. The dining table look fab but yet, they don't have a size that I wanted even more, it doesn't suite with our theme. Later on, I was wandered for vase and fake-fresh-flower. After 30 min try-and-error put those flowers in and out from the vase, I finally forked my pocket to get this two vases.

And yes! my primary objective has been canceled due to limited of seat (they only left a front row seat). Sorry, I know that I was so badly wanted to watch this movie. Am really I am. But hey! who want to watch the movie for 3 hours straight with your neck almost 180 degrees ? after all, It doesn't worth at all!.

Puchong-Tangkak-Pontian-Puchong

The kitchen area looks like

The 'bedroom' toilet

The house, the one that got Vios and Myvi. The rental was RM350 per month!!!..so cheap

The teacher and the lecturer

I was sending off my lil youngest sister to her place where she will start her 1st job. To do this, I have to leave Miss H and my maid at home for 1 night and 1 day due to limited space inside my car. Alhamdulillah, she behaves very well though she slept with her bibik for that night.

Me and my sis in law was departed from KL around 6.30pm and arrived at Tangkak safely around 8.30pm. My brother was kind enough, he cooked rice and bought some other foods for our dinner. Hehehe. The next morning, when I woke up for subuh prayer, my sis in law was in the kitchen preparing yummy food for our breakfast..it was bihun goreng and ayam masak merah...hancur diet aku.

The journey from Tangkak to Pontian was took 2 hours and the traffic was really smooth though it was the end of the school break and New Year holiday . The good thing is, lil youngest sister already got the rental house so we don't have to waste our time by lingering around the area, scout for the rental house. Even more, one of the housemate was her senior while they in IPBA and Ausie. The house got 3 bedrooms and they are now 4 including my sister. The toilet was big as one of my bedroom here. Hahahaha. I think, it's comfortable enough for them now. Since, she has no vehicle at this being, so she paid her housemate to send and fetch her from her school, luckily enough, her school is just only 10min from her place. Oh, did I mentioned that, her school was very near to the PPD (Pej Pen Daerah Pontian)?. Yup, it just like terrace house when you have a neighbor beside your house. I'm not sure whether it was a good or bad thing.

Last 2 days, she's text-ed me. Mentioned to me that, despite teaching english subject for standard 1, 3 and 4. She need to teach a science subject and a class teacher for standard 4 as well. To my youngest sis, this a message for you... Be a good teacher, be patient, and be sincere..InshaALLAH, you will be surrounded by a lovely pupils and the return will be pay-off someday. Amin.
